How will my order be shipped?

We send all orders using one of Royal Mail's tracked services on a same day dispatch service providing orders are made as follows:

(Monday to Friday orders placed before 14:00 and Saturday orders placed before 11:00 UK time)

Your parcel will be in safe hands.

Will my order fit through my letterbox?

Yes, vitamins are very compact. All of our packages we keep to approximately 2.5cm in thickness making them letterbox friendly.

What is your returns policy?

We are proud to offer a no quibble 30 day refund policy. Customers will need to ship the item back to us using a secure tracked shipping method. The item must remain sealed and unopened.

In the unfortunate event of your packaging arrived damaged or a wrong product, we will of course pick up the postage cost.
